What Makes Us Special

Vibration Drive Method: Utilizes block eccentric vibrator with dual-motor direct-linked self-synchronous drive, gearless transmission, resulting in low operational noise.
Vibrator Bearing Seat Structure: Embedded in the side plates, connected by ring groove rivets and high-strength bolts, ensuring firm and reliable connection; greased with glycerin, no oil leakage.
Lubrication Design: Special structure design for bearing seat lubrication holes and grooves, improving lubrication conditions, preventing bearing damage due to poor lubrication, with convenient and quick oiling and oil release.
Connection Method for Vibrators: Coaxial connection of two vibrators using a specialized flexible transmitter, ensuring reliable operation and overcoming issues with large universal joint maintenance.
Damping Design: Rubber spring damping, low working noise, contributing to an improved working environment.
Screen Surface Structure: Modular design, allowing for various options such as stainless steel welded seams, polyurethane seams, welded rod bars, punching, polyurethane punching, etc., depending on needs.

About

The ZKg series linear vibrating screen is primarily used for operations such as dewatering, desliming, and demudding of refined coal, medium coal, and gangue in coal preparation plants. It is also applied in mineral processing plants for wet or dry grading after crushing and grinding fine-grained minerals. Additionally, it is used for ore washing, dewatering, desliming, and mud removal. As a replacement for spiral classifiers and cyclones, it enhances grading efficiency and reduces grinding cycle load, thereby lowering energy consumption in mineral processing plants. The feed particle size should be ≤100mm.
